The belief Friday the 13th is unlucky is superstition which the Church does not support:
“2110 The first commandment forbids honoring gods other than the one Lord who has revealed himself to his people. It proscribes superstition and irreligion. Superstition in some sense represents a perverse excess of religion; irreligion is the vice contrary by defect to the virtue of religion.”(Catechism of the Catholic Church)
Before Jesus ascended into Heaven, He promised his disciples, “And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”(Matthew 28:20)

Why is the 13th unlucky?
This came from Gospel of Judas which is not part of the bible but a fabrication of Gnostics.

If the 13th is unlucky, why did God spoke through Prophet Jeremiah on the thirteenth year of the reign of Josiah, son of Amon of Judah?
” to whom the word of the Lord came in the days of King Josiah son of Amon of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign.”(Jeremiah 1:2)
